This recipe for a Moon Cake is presented with step-by-step instructions suitable for display on an interactive whiteboard. The cake is made right in the pan in which it will be cooked. Children can be involved by taking turns to follow each step of the procedure. It is great for literacy groups with an adult helper, or a whole-class celebration.
