Let’s write 2-digit numbers is an interactive resource. Displayed on the interactive whiteboard, it can be used to:
- demonstrate writing 2-digit numbers
- provide children with practice in writing 2-digit numbers
- assess children’s ability to write 2-digit numbers.
It is useful for follow-up lessons to Let’s read 2-digit numbers, and requires that children have a strong understanding of 2-digit numbers and place value. The readilearn resources Beginning place value – the train game and Race to 99 are useful in developing these understandings.
