Meet Australian Author-Illustrator  Anne Donnelly and her delightful picture book Ori’s Clean-Up.

In this interview, Anne shares information about her writing process and her reasons for writing this picture book, the third in the Ori series.

In this story, Ori the Octopus and his friends have left their rubbish everywhere. They tidy up, but it doesn’t work. To keep their home clean and healthy, they need to do something different, something better.

This book is perfect for celebrating World Oceans Day on 8 June each year, discussing marine conservation and actions children can take to reduce ocean pollution, or reading for enjoyment anytime.

Print the interview to display in the classroom or include in a class book about writers and illustrators.
